Terms & Conditions

  1. General
    1. These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") specify how Integrated Telecommunications Oman SAOC (operating with the commercial brand name "Allo" - also "we", "us" and "our" in this document) will provide telecommunication services to "you", our "Customer". In addition, these Terms & Conditions describe other specific points we would like to highlight to you.
    2. These Terms & Conditions are also available on our website www.allo.om/tc.
    3. We reserve the right to change or vary the terms & conditions contained within and shall inform the customer in the event of such variation or changes.
  2. Allo Services and Charges
    1. By purchasing and using our Services you accept that these Terms & Conditions will govern our relationship, including the provision of telecommunications services to you by Allo.
    2. Relevant Service Charges apply from the moment the Services are provided to you.
    3. We reserve the right to revise existing Service Charges at any time and without prior notice to the customer after obtaining required approvals from the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) and in accordance with Omani Laws and Regulations. We may also make changes to our Services (including introduction of new Services and withdrawal of existing Services).

    5. It is not possible for us to guarantee fault-free service and, at our sole discretion, may temporarily suspend the service for operational reasons (such as maintenance or service upgrades) or because of emergency.
    6. We will make best efforts to ensure good service quality but cannot guarantee against service quality being affected by third party networks and services
  3. Privacy
    1. We agree to keep your data and usage information confidential, and we will only make them available to third parties with your prior written consent. However, according to Regulations, we may disclose your customer data to law enforcement agencies or emergency services agencies, if we are requested to do so by those agencies, and only in accordance with the laws governing those agencies.
    2. We may monitor your use of our Services and record calls made to Customer Service, for training, financial control, quality control and regulatory purposes.
    3. We may contact you on an ad hoc or regular basis through SMS, Phone Calls, Emails or other means to inform you about our Services, Service Charges or any other information we deem important to you.
  4. Customer Responsibilities
    1. You agree to be responsible for all usage made from your Allo registered number, and you shall pay the corresponding Service Charges independent of who consumed the Services from this number.
    2. You agree to use our Services responsibly and in compliance with Omani Laws and Regulations. In particular you agree not use our Services to: (a) circulate anything that may contain data or information meant to cause harm to the national security or the public interest; or (b) propagate or convey any data or information which is incorrect or may cause harm to the safety of any person or efficiency of any service; or (c) violate public order or decency, or promote any material or goods that violate the provisions of the applicable laws; or (d) restrict freedom of religious belief or cause harm or nuisance to others, or make offensive, indecent or threatening calls or commit fraud or any other criminal offence.
    3. Furthermore, you agree not to: (a) knowingly use unlicensed telecommunications services or equipment that has not been type approved by the TRA; or (b) infringe the privacy or secrecy of data belonging to any other person, or damage, alter or delete any data or information belonging to others; or (c) intercept, receive, record any message belonging to others and which are carried through the telecommunications network.
    4. In addition, you agree to and you will: (a) follow our reasonable instructions in using our Services; and (b) not use our Services in any way that breaches the intellectual property right of any third party.
  5. Suspension, Termination/Disconnection
    1. We can Suspend or Terminate our Services to you wholly or partially without notice in the event that:
      1. you are failing to comply with these Terms and Conditions in any way, in particular if any unusual or fraudulent activity is occurring on the account, including but not limited to recharging with stolen or fraudulent credit/debit cards or entering incorrect recharge codes several times in a row; or
      2. we are required to do so by the TRA, Public Prosecutor or Court.
    2. The prepaid credits contained within the Allo Recharge and Calling Card, whether used or unused, will expire as per the date and rules mentioned on the card and we will not be responsible for any losses incurred by the Customer in such cases.
  6. Legal Liability
    1. Notwithstanding Integrated Telecommunications Oman SAOC obligations as a licensee under the Law, the Regulations and its License Conditions, Integrated Telecommunications Oman SAOC is not liable to you or any other user of our Services for any loss of business, revenue, profits or anticipated savings, data being lost or corrupted, or any other loss including any consequential or indirect damages, suffered by you or any other user of our Services, however caused, including, but not limited to, non-availability of our Network or Services, loss, late receipt or non-readability of any message or communication, or for the content, accuracy or quality of information or resources made available, received or transmitted through the use of our Services.
    2. We shall not be liable to you or any other party if we are unable to provide the service or perform any obligation as part of our service due to factors that are beyond our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) acts of God, fire, extreme weather conditions, industrial action, default or failure of third party, war, acto of government or state, terrorist acts, civil commotion, insurrection or embargo.
  7. For Assistance or Complaints
    1. Should you experience any problems with our Services or if you require any form of assistance, we will make best efforts to help you through any of the following channels:
      1. Call our Customer Service on +968 9750 1551 from any phone anywhere in the world
      2. Visit any Allo shop or dealer
      3. Send a letter to Integrated Telecommunications Oman SAOC, Customer Service, P.O. Box 101, P.C. 103 Shatti Al Qurum, Muscat, Oman.
      4. Visit our website www.allo.om or contact us through www.allo.om/contact-us
    2. If we fail to respond to your complaint within 15 days, or if you are not satisfied with our response, the TRA is empowered to resolve disputes between you and us in accordance with the TRA's rules and regulations, and can be contacted for problem resolution.
    3. This agreement is governed by the laws of Oman and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Oman.

Telecom Oman (TeO) Privacy Policy

This privacy policy governs your use of Telecom Oman (TeO) software application AlloApp, TeO-Bussiness and Sawa App for mobile devices. The Application allows TeO’s customers to make international VoIP calls from Android devices to landline and mobile phones. What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

Automatically Collected Information

When you activate and use the Application it may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, mobile number, SIM ID and information about the way you use the Application. Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application? Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help us improve the Application and our service. We will share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information: • as required by law, or similar legal process; • when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request; • if TeO is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our Web site of any change in ownership or uses of this information, as well as any choices you may have regarding this information.

What are my opt-out rights?

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information

We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 12 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If you’d like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact us at info@teo.om and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly.


We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at info@teo.om. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.


We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application. Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.


This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

Your Consent

By using the Application, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. “Processing,” means using cookies on a computer/hand held device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information, all of which activities will take place in the Sultanate of Oman.
